“We were met at the door by Tom, who ensured clear access for us by opening the door as we had my father-in-law with us in a wheelchair. We stated why we were visiting and Tom allowed us to view the vehicle we were interested in. Tom did not need or try a hard sell, as the vehicle sold itself to ud as it suited our needs completely. Everything went smoothly and we are more than pleased with the service we received as much as we are over the moon with our vehicle.”

“I bought a Focus estate from Direct Cars, working entirely from a distance, which I have never done before. Website information was comprehensive and gaps were filled in for me over the telephone. Telephone and email communication throughout was efficient, prompt and polite. Home delivery, requiring a drive of at least a couple of hours, was arranged without complication and completed in a timely manner.”
