“This is our third car that we have bought from Direct cars and we will not go anywhere else! You can browse at your leisure, no pushy sales people, staff are on hand if you need them and they are a team of genuinely down to earth people, needless to say we found our new car and are over the moon with it. Previous experience confirms that the after sales service is just as excellent - would highly recommend.”

“As I bought my last car from Direct Cars 13 years ago, so when I needed a new one I thought I'd go back as they let you browse without swarming you. When I found the car I wanted, Ian made it a painless process to view and buy it. I highly recommend Direct Cars as their sales and customer service if first class.”

“Purchased my car on the on the 7th December 2022. I didn't live local so managed to px and collect on the same day. The car had developed a couple of issues. I contacted the service department who were fantastic. They travelled to my home and left a courtesy car. My car was repaired and delivered back to my home address within two days. Fantastic service by Direct Cars. If you're thinking of purchasing a vehicle from them just do it. After sales service was second to none. Love the car aswell.”

“Purchased a car from Direct cars on 7th December 2022. I didn't live locally. I found a couple of faults with the car and contacted their service department who were absolutely brilliant. They Brough me a courtesy vehicle and took my car for repair. Within a couple of days the car was back and all faults had been fixed. Can't fault them at all. Fantastic customer service and I for one will be back in the future. If you're thinking of purchasing from them. Do it, Fantastic company you won't be disappointed.”
