“what a pleasure it has been dealing with Direct Cars, they did not pounce on you once you drove into their lot (usually we go when that happens), Nick let us take the time to look around our preferred choice and could not have been more helpful. “Adam too laid back, it's like he just couldn't be bothered. Was never offered a drink. The car was supposed to have been valeted, it looked like it had just a very quick flick with a duster. Polish on the outside hadn't been properly wiped off.”

We do operate a "no pressure no hassle" policy without any of the usual hard sell you may experience at other dealerships this is to make you feel at ease throughout the process, although it is a shame that this seems to have led you to feel the way you do, which we do offer our sincere apologies as it was not our intention. In regards to the valet on your vehicle not being up to our usual high standards, we are more than happy to re-valet it for you if you would like to contact us to arrange this. “Absolutely brilliant service. Nothing too much trouble for them if you're requiring their assistance. Leave you to look around which is great. No pressure sales. Had my previous car from them & now my newer current car & will definitely go back when needed. Highly recommend a visit & purchase.”
