“Been a while since I bought a new car, I was pleasantly surprised that the sales person Shaune was not pushy he gave us space and all our questions were answered. I came away very happy and a date arranged to pick my new car up.”

“Delighted with my 500L and the trade-in price was fair. The car's condition was excellent - the owners had looked after it well (as I do with mine!), but it's also thanks to Direct Cars and their workshop. They didn't hesitate in replacing the breaks, which clearly needed doing but something many dealers would quibble. Tom was helpful and professional. I would've given Direct Cars 5 Stars if I'd been able to test drive for longer, ideally on a dual carriageway. Also, the mats I ordered didn't fit and it's still an ongoing saga with the suppliers – for £79, a set of car mats should be 100% perfect. Otherwise v pleased.”

“Shaun was very patient with us and listened carefully to why we were looking to change our VW Polo for a smaller car. Having decided upon a Kia Picanto Shaun was not pushy (as we had experienced at other dealers) and allowed us plenty of time to view various models on sale. Although short staffed he allowed us the opportunity to test drive 2 cars around the grounds and was happy to arrange a time later for us to road test the same 2 vehicles. We felt that either would answer our needs. Again Shaun was not pushy and never tried to make our minds up for us or try to persuade us in any way to choose the more expensive option. We were very happy with our experience and with our purchase.”

“I would have to say my experience was good, Shawn who assisted me could not have been more friendly, and was never pushy at all. Nice free hot drinks as well. I guess the only downside is cars are all locked, which to be fair most big dealers do the same, so if you haven't got a particular car to view you'd be disappointed as you have to ask for the key to each car which I think can be awkward, imagine doing it 5x lol. But in my case I knew what I wanted and ended up buying it.”

“My wife and I decided to check out Direct Cars to replace her current car, she was offered a good deal for a trade in and we felt no pressure to ether buy or sell. We decided on a car we saw and went through the buying and purchasing process. Stuart the salesman and Philip the financial manager we're very professional and friendly. “We were met at the door by Tom, who ensured clear access for us by opening the door as we had my father-in-law with us in a wheelchair. We stated why we were visiting and Tom allowed us to view the vehicle we were interested in. Tom did not need or try a hard sell, as the vehicle sold itself to ud as it suited our needs completely. Everything went smoothly and we are more than pleased with the service we received as much as we are over the moon with our vehicle.”
