“Loved that I could browse all cars without a sales person following me round I had 2 hours asking for keys to different cars till I found the one I liked Sean my salesman was brilliant The only downside which marked it down There were a few faults when I drove away this wasn't a problem. The lady had a patronising manner and shut me down and did you give me confidence. After leaving the car and not hearing anything after several hours I was told she would ring when there was something to tell me Ideally having bought a car and only driving 3 miles for the clutch to go I would expect a curtesy call and not to chase and be fobbed off Again Sean was fantastic the car apart from a hiccup fabulous It won't put me off buying again as I have bought two new cars from you in the past”

“Very good interface with sales rep given keys to the cars that I wanted to view left alone to take stock of the cars I was interested in Sales rep really helpful and obliging very receptive to my request and questions made the process very easy all in all sales rep very good ambassador of your company”

“This was my first encounter with Direct Cars and up to now has proved to be a very positive experience. Nick dealt with the sale and was very helpful both with the sale and documentation (the car required a change in taxation class). Nick also supplied a rear number plate for my caravan. The only downside from my point of view was the distance I had to drive to view and subsequently purchase the car (170 miles) but other than that I was well pleased with the experience.”

“Absolutely fantastic service, no pushy sales men no insults given regarding as to what they offered for my vehicle as a trade in, listened to me as a customer and fulfill my needs. 100% happy with the deal would highly recommend Direct cars to family and friends. “When I first looked around on my own i was really pleased to not feel pressurised at all. I took photos of a few vehicles to discuss with a friend, who subsequently visited with me to explore further. On making my decision I returned with my partner and dealt with Luke. I was able to take a short test drive on the premises. Luke explained everything and had a friendly but professional manner. I did purchase some additional products and I was confirmed of collection date. It was useful to have the information in the purchase folder as to when to tax and bank transfer the balance. On pick up Luke took us out to view the vehicle to ensure our satisfaction. It is the first time I have used Direct Cars and on my experience so far would recommend them.”

“Wasn't sure what car I wanted until arriving at Direct cars. The staff where very helpful and friendly. Anyway within an hour I'd seen the car I liked, the part exchange of my old car and collection of the new car was seamless, all completed within a few days. Straightforward and simple.”
