“We travelled from Teesside first to look at the car,and on the following Sunday again to purchase the vehicle and drive it away.I found the whole experience relaxing, with no pressure at all from the salesman. The car was and still is perfectly presented.”

“The sales man was very helpful but the car smells badly. Of the previous owner smoking tried to clean will keep on trying to clear the smell”

“The whole sales experience was very good indeed, the salesman was not pushy and everything was explained to me in a respectful and non condescending way. The vehicle had a couple of faults which were corrected prior to pick up. I was well pleased.”

“Recently purchased a car from Direct Cars - it's the first time we've used them and can honestly say the experience was a good one. No pushy sales techniques and the car was presented in really nice condition when we picked it up. We did have a minor issue crop up, but this was dealt with under warranty with no problem. Would definitely use again. One minor point as constructive feedback - the courtesy car was desperate for a clean on the inside. Hadn't been done for a good while.”
