“Excellent customer service with fair prices. I travelled from South Wales to collect car. Felt the journey would be worth it after talking to Tom and Sean who were very helpful and sent me a detailed video of the car. They pulled out all stops to complete a full service for the next day so that I could collect. Would thoroughly recommend this company”

“I've bought numerous cars over the years for both myself and my son , as I'm sure your records will show , it's not difficult , I look on your website when ready to change cars I always find something suitable , nip down to see you , your staff are always helpful without being pushy , job done , I can say honestly I don't bother looking anywhere else , if it's not broken why try to mend it .”

“I've been looking for a particular car for a while and one popped up at direct cars that was perfect for our needs. From the first phone call everything was first class, told them what I wanted and the car I was part exchanging and everything was sorted within a few phone calls. My wife and I travelled around 80 miles to get there and I'm glad we did as it was exactly as described and ready to go. Just took a few signatures and we were on our way home with our prized possession. Made up with the easy no pressure purchase and would definitely recommend using this car sales in the future.”

“This is the third time I have bought a used car from Direct Cars. The staff are always really friendly and helpful and they never put pressure on you to buy. They have a huge range of cars, at fair prices, and they give you time and space to inspect the ones you are interested in. Excellent service.”

“From the moment I phoned up direct cars They were helpful from start to finish, nick was very helpful and accommodating from the moment we met him he left us to look around the car I choose then he talked us through everything in detail and explained everything and when I was able to pick up my car. He then handed us over to Bob who tales us through the finance side of things and what we needed to do and the days that followed he kept in touch with me to give my updates on how it was all going, I’d definitely recommend direct cars to anybody who asked my for a friendly and welcome Car dealership.”
