“I bought the car without actually physical seeing it. Which was a risk! But absolutely nothing to worry about, it came immaculate, not a stone chip or scuff on alloy at all. It looks like a brand new car! Great communication with Tom the sales man with an affordable delivery service which got delivered on time. I've just done a 300mile round trip and drove very we'll. Overall happy with the vehicle and would use Direct cars again.”

“We saw the car online and afew days later we had a test drive and fell in love straight away. The whole experience we had was exceptionally good and the salesman Nick was very friendly so would highly recommend Direct Cars”

“First time at direct cars and was really pleased with the service. We were left to look around at leisure and were given the keys to as many cars as we wanted. We picked one out and gave it a test drive it was just what we wanted. Special mention to Tom the salesman who dealt with us. No hard sales and he was very good at explaining everything re payment, warranty etc. Picked up my new car and am very pleased with it. I would definitely recommend Direct Cars to all. And they gave me a great trade in price as well.”

“I was having ongoing problems with a Citroen C4 that I had purchased from Direct Cars. I decided to part exchange. Dave the manager helped me choose a better car and got it ready for me in a quick time. Can't fault the service I received. He did me a good deal as well.”

“Sorry about the delay in replying - pressures of retirement - been on holiday The service from your Ian Whiting was FIRST CLASS. He made us feel at ease durig the sale of the car Then 2 days aftere I purchased the car I noticed a fault on the car and Ian did not hesitate to undertake the repare at no cost to me The service received both in selling the car rand the follow up replare was first class and in line with my neighbours comments about the sales and service she recieved when she purchase a car from you and now has it serviced So there is every chance that I will also start bringing my car to you for servicing”
