“No hassle can just walk around and ask for keys for any car interested in to look around. No pressure sales either. Was a bit disappointing can only test drive cars on the land at back as can't really get a good feel of the car as can really get no further than 2nd gear. Also disappointed not to have received the user manual with the car I purchased as I do like to look through these and get myself acquainted with everything.”

“Having previoulsy purchased four of my last vehicles from Direct Cars, I knew that I was in good hands. As expected, another excellent experience from start to finish with a dedicated and professional team. Time to leisurely browse and view all vehicles with keys available on request. No hassle or pushy sales. Professional, experienced and knowledgeable staff who are very approachable when you are ready. Shaun was superb and informative on every level. Making sure that my purchase was very easy and pleasurable. Detailed information was relayed about my purchase options with full documented information where required. Aftersales & service were also superb due to a couple of minor issues & niggles that were dealt with immediately. Overall an absolute 5 star service again. Thank you.”
