“I have had really bad experiences with different dealers in the past. Tom was excellent at Direct Cars. Not at all pushy but very helpful. Called to give updates and everything he said he would do happened which was great. I love my new car and would definitely use Direct Cars again.”

“this company is second to none. It is my second purchase from them. Shaun dealt with me from start to finish. No pushy sales men. You are left to puruse then they will open the car and leave iPhoto have a look round. Shaun is a credit to direct card and I would highly recommend this company of you are looking to change your car.”

“Been considering changing for a while finally got around to actually doing something about it. Spotted a karoq we fancied so rang to book a viewing. Day of visit the vehicle was ready outside and we were able to have a little test in what used to be a car park. On return to the show room we requested a test drive,no problem. On return we sat down for a chat and haggle 😁. Got a new mot ,new front brakes.Very happy with the experience no pressure. The salesman Ian kept us informed of the status right up to collection,also got a reasonable trade in price.”
