“Been considering changing for a while finally got around to actually doing something about it. Spotted a karoq we fancied so rang to book a viewing. Day of visit the vehicle was ready outside and we were able to have a little test in what used to be a car park. On return to the show room we requested a test drive,no problem. On return we sat down for a chat and haggle 😁. Got a new mot ,new front brakes.Very happy with the experience no pressure. The salesman Ian kept us informed of the status right up to collection,also got a reasonable trade in price.”

“Plenty of choice. Plenty of willing sales people. Nothing too much trouble for Luke, Ian and David - thankyou! Excellent turnaround from purchasing my vehicle to driving it home. I felt very comfortable and looked after from start to finish by said mentioned efficient, caring staff.”

“Great choice of cars, clear information and pricing on every vehicle and on the website. You can look round without being hassled, and when you are ready for help the sales staff are excellent. A test drive was arranged very easily and the process of buying and collecting the vehicle was very efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”

“2nd time we've bought from here staff don't 'pounce' on you and just leave you at your leisure its a shame you can only test drive on the car park though but fully understandable under the circumstances (Not sure if my photos uploaded if it has they'll be 4!!!)”

“A good all round experience. Wasn’t pressured into anything. Nice friendly staff. Close to where I live also. A lot of very nice cars to look & choose from. I would definitely recommend direct cars to everyone. I’d buy another car from them in the future. Thanks a lot.”

“Was looking for a specific make & model which I found at Direct Cars. Took the car on a test drive, was perfect. Ian the salesman was lovely, friendly, knowledgable but most importantly, was not pushy. Was a gentleman.”

“I was undecided exactly what car I wanted to buy so began looking online at Direct cars and narrowed my choice down to 3 vehicles. Shaun was working on the reception desk and took me to the vehicles and left me to sit in and look around them at my leisure. I made my decision and Shaun went through the process in detail and I had a test drive (on the premises at the back). I've bought two vehicles from Direct Cars over the years and like that there is no 'hard sell'. I picked the car up a week later, it had been tested and taxed. Thanks Shaun for a pleasant car buying experience.”

“The whole buying experience was made so simple and stress free. The fact that I could also do the test drive in their huge lot behind the showroom was an extra bonus. I was quite anxious before hand being a woman of a certain age and, dreading the hard sales technique that I have experienced in the past; but that was definitely not something they employ at Direct Cars. I can't recommend them highly enough. No pressure sales, test drive on the premises if you prefer and super supportive in finding the best finance package for you. Five star every time.”
