“It should be written into law that all car sales companies should deal with their public the way that Direct Cars do. I cannot buy from a company who just hang around and try to pressure you into buying a car you don't want. The service at Direct cars is exemplary. You can wander round all day long, ask for the keys to look inside any vehicle, and the staff are there in the background (not hovering) if you want any advice. I've just bought my second car from them in 3 years, and I wouldn't entertain looking anywhere else. Andy (our helpful salesman) was very courteous and professional. The pricing of our car was very fair and we felt Andy was completely honest with us regarding all our questions. Direct cars offered us very close to what we hoped for the trade in for our vehicle. Our trust in Direct Cars is such, that even though they're on the wrong side of Sheffield for us, we will only take our car there for it to be regularly serviced and MOT'd - because we know, they will do a thoroughly professional job.”

“We had an excellent experience with Direct Cars customer service was second to none. To de able to browse and view the cars without being pressurised to buy was great. Ian was absolutely fantastic when we decided to purchase a car we had viewed. Everything was dealt with easily, smoothly and swiftly. All we had to do was literally pick up our new car,no hassle or pressure. Ian is a great guy and an absolute credit to Direct Cars. Thank you Direct Cars for an amazing experience. “I recently bought a car from Direct Cars, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience – especially thanks to Luke, the salesman who looked after me. As a young woman, I’ve had my fair share of car sales experiences where I’ve felt pressured or talked down to, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. Luke was professional, approachable, and genuinely listened to what I needed. I never once felt pressured or patronised. He worked hard to make sure I was getting a fair deal and did everything he could to meet my needs. The team were open to negotiation, transparent, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. I felt really looked after and left feeling confident in my purchase. “This is our 8th car and each time the buying experience is so easy no hassle from the sales team which is a big tick in my book all the cars we've had have been excellent we still have our Kuga which we've owned for 6 yes now as well as our latest buy only a few days ago keep up the great work all at direct cars.
