“Having been round other car sales outlets and getting bombarded with pushy salesmen trying to close a deal within an hour, it was refreshing to walk into Direct Cars and be dealt with like an adult by staff who were friendly and helpful but not pushy. Very quickly identified two cars of interest and their genuine knowledge and experience helped us decide which one. Easy to see why they've been around for over 18 years and still going strong. Cars are in excellent condition, good mileage, well priced and mine was ready to drive away with tax, MOT, full valet and some fuel in the tank. I would highly recommend this car sales company.”

Thank you so much. It will actually be 25 years next month since we first opened 🥳 and the original owner, prior to that, had been in business since 1977 with Eckington Motor Company (now closed). Enjoy your new car. We look forward to seeing you again next time!

“First of all, the website is extremely user friendly. Easy to navigate and very informative. No pressure on visiting the showroom and vehicles. The salesman Tom was very pleasant and had good vehicle knowledge. A very good experience all round, which took the stress out of buying a new car.”

“Excellent customer service with fair prices. I travelled from South Wales to collect car. Felt the journey would be worth it after talking to Tom and Sean who were very helpful and sent me a detailed video of the car. They pulled out all stops to complete a full service for the next day so that I could collect. Would thoroughly recommend this company”
